It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.***NMT-Neuromuscular Therapy is a very specialized form of manual massage therapy. NMT utilizes specific massage therapy, flexibility stretching, and home care to eliminate the causes of most neuromuscular pain patterns.
